I began dance at 2 yrs old and haven’t stopped. I have a background in dance, basic tumbling, impact free flow sports, yoga, aerial fabric and contortion. I have worked with many top contortion coaches, yoga teachers and currently teach at a top dance school. I am still performing occasionally and training always. Dealing with age and injuries has given me a different perspective on stretching and maintenance that is unseen with many.  I use physio and strength building to achieve safe healthy bending.
