Straight legged bridge pose overview

This is a good variation of bridge to train alongside regular bridge. For most training bridge with straight legs is actually more beneficial as it allows contortion practitioners to access more of their upper back and shoulder flexibility. Moving the load to this area means that it is less likely to impact the lower back which can cause discomfort.
